入社してから30年ほどになり、先輩方の指導もあり服を仕上げることや縫製仕様の理解などできることが増えました。長年勤めることができたのは第一が人間関係の良さで、みんなと協力して仕事をしていきたいと思い、今に至っています。

It has been about 30 years since I joined the company, and with the guidance of my seniors, I have been able to do more things such as finishing clothes and understanding sewing specifications. The first reason I have been able to work here for so many years is because of the good human relations, and I have always wanted to work in cooperation with everyone.
