私とモンスター / Me and the Monster

高校を卒業してモンスターに入社したのはものづくりに興味があり、地元の人も働いていて安心感があったからです。あれから40年以上勤めていますが、いろいろあっても続けられたのは今の仕事が自分に合っていると思えるからです。

I joined Monster after graduating from high school because I was interested in manufacturing and felt safe because there were local people working there. I have been with the company for over 40 years since then, and the reason I have been able to continue despite all that has happened is because I feel that the job I have now is right for me.
