私とモンスター / Me and the Monster

入社して6年目になりますが最初はただ服に興味があっただけでした。ミシンのことは全然わからなくて先輩方が優しく指導してくれるおかげで今はいろんなことに挑戦してミシンを縫うことにもやりがいを感じて楽しく仕事ができています。またミシンのことだけではなく人としても成長できる場所なのかなと思っています。

It has been six years since I joined the company, but at first I was just interested in clothes. Thanks to the kind guidance of my seniors, I am now able to challenge various things and enjoy sewing with a sewing machine. I think this is a place where I can grow not only as a sewing machine operator but also as a person.
