私とモンスター / Me and the Monster

入社以来40年、学校を卒業したばかりで何もわからなかった自分を、会社が人間として成長させてくれました。今、まだまだ未熟ですが、周りからはベテランと呼ばれる年齢になりました。今までたくさんの先輩から教わったことを少しでも後輩に継承していきたいと思います。

In the 40 years since I joined the company, the company has helped me grow as a person, even though I had just graduated from school and had no idea what I was doing. Now, although I am still inexperienced, I have reached an age where people around me call me a veteran.
